A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies results. Forest Park Residents Directory does not keep its own copy of those searches. If you contact us, the information we receive is limited to what you include in the message and is used to respond.
Automatically Collected Data
Hosting services retain routine technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review that data in aggregate to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or related tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
How Data Is Used
Limited data supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
External Services and Links
Links may lead to Forest Park, Hamilton County, Ohio, library, archive, or third-party search services. Their policies control information you provide after leaving this service. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a separate company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process the ordinary logs needed to run the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, Forest Park Residents Directory does not store a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor sent information to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Requests
Visitors may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data that this service keeps. The project research identifies no broad enacted Ohio consumer-data privacy statute that changes this process. Because the service retains very little, we can review the contact mailbox and relevant logs and remove applicable information. Use the Contact page to request this. Public records held by Ohio, Hamilton County, or Forest Park remain under the custodian’s control and are governed by the Ohio Public Records Act, Ohio Revised Code §149.43, rather than by this policy.
